Our school is at the centre of Tīnūži - a little village in the district of Ikšķile and it is located 39 km from the capital of Latvia, Rīga. The Tīnūži Primary school has at the moment 167 pupils. The school has 9 classes- from class 1 to class 9. Children start school at the age of 6 or at the age of seven and finish school at the age of 15 or 16. Our pupils are successful at research work and taking part in subject Olympiads. They take great interest in sports competitions and participate in Latvia`s Song and Dance Festival.
Our school does not have any experience with international projects.
